• When does the AltCrew app launch?

  On stage at 7:30 PM, Sunday May 31, 2026, at the Vizag Fitness and Flea Fest. iOS and Android same day.

• Is AltCrew free?

  Yes for members, always. Free for community organizers running a club. The only time AltCrew charges is on paid event ticket sales — a small commission on what is sold. No platform fees, no subscriptions.

• How do I join the waitlist?

  Drop your email and city on the homepage. We email twice before launch and once on launch day. No spam.

• Which cities does AltCrew open in?

  Vizag at launch. More cities open as we have the people to support them well. Add your city to the waitlist to influence the rollout order.

• I run a club. How do I list it?

  Email hello@altcrew.in or use the host page. Listing and running your club are free. Commission applies only when you sell tickets to a paid event.

• How do I delete my data?

  Email hello@altcrew.in with the subject line DPDP request. We respond within seven working days.

• Where can I follow updates?

  On Instagram at @altcrewapp or on the Learn section of the website.
